How much exercise do we really need?
Start slow and get into a routine. This may be just a 5-10 minute walk two or three days a week or if you are in reasonable shape perhaps a 30 minute workout several times a week. To begin with, it does not matter how much you do, but that you do something.
Go to the Keep Driving exercise videos, you don’t even have to go outside, we make it really easy for you because we cannot over emphasize the importance of moving.
Make a commitment to yourself to get some exercise every day even if that is just going for a walk. What do you have to do that is more important than your health and mobility?
