Health FOR Older Drivers
What matters most is what we do in the process that counts. We do not have to sit idly by and decline as if there is nothing we can do about it. There is plenty we can do about it.
To stay healthy all we have to do is eat right and get some exercise and keep our brains working. It’s that easy and it’s that hard. But what possibly could you have to do that is more important than maintaining your health, you mobility and your freedom? Older drivers need to do things a little differently than younger drivers.
There is plenty of research that shows that if we exercise our muscles, (brain included) they keep working and if we don’t, they slowly stop working. The choice is yours but we have the tools available right here to help you stay active and healthy.
So make a commitment right now, regardless of what shape you are in today, next week at this time you can easily be in a little better shape. And in a little better shape the following week and the week after that and so on. Forget the excuses, let's get moving.
We aren't trying to get in shape here for a triathalon, we just need to be in better shape next week than we are this week. So let's get going. What could possibly be more important than your health? |
