How It Works
One of the most important differences between Keep Driving CogniFit Training and other brain fitness programs is that it begins with our patented baseline assessment of 10 key cognitive abilities that are essential for safe driving. This assessment is why your training is always personally designed for you and only you.

For optimum effectiveness, your training is grouped in cycles of 24 sessions. Every time you complete a cycle of 24 sessions, you will receive a new personalized cognitive assessment that reflects the progress you’ve made.
Here's how it all works:
- First, you take the baseline assessment to measure your profile across the 10 driving-related cognitive abilities.
- Then you go online and complete your first 20-minute training session that has been created for you based on your assessment.
- For best results and maximum improvement, we recommend that you train 3 times per week, with at least one day of rest between training sessions.
- As you progress through a cycle of 24 training sessions, Keep Driving CogniFit Training creates a customized training regimen that’s based on your previous session.
- During each training session, Keep Driving CogniFit Training offers you feedback and encouragement along the way. The exercises regimen adjusts to reflect your progress to make sure that you’re training at optimum efficiency.
- Following each session, a record of your progress is created and saved for your reference.
After you have finished a training cycle of 24 sessions, you will receive a complete assessment of the progress you’ve made. This assessment also establishes a new set of personal training goals for your next cycle.
- We recommend that once you have completed the cycle of training, that you sign up for a second cycle – those who complete 3 cycles improve as much as 40%.
